Damage Control & Security

We inspect the property after every stay, handle any claims, and coordinate with booking platforms for reimbursement. Lock-box self check-in and secure key management ensure seamless access and safety.

Extra Services

Cleaning: Professional cleaners scheduled between 11:00 AM–4:00 PM. Plant & Pet Care: Optional, upon request. Insurance: We recommend basic property liability insurance through our trusted partners. House Rules: You can define specific guest policies, and we’ll enforce them.

Ending the Partnership

If you wish to end the partnership, please notify us two (2) months in advance via email. Confirmed bookings remain valid or are transferred/compensated accordingly.
